Yoga, Pilates, organic meals, nutrition and more are combined in a way that will restart and restore your entire body. We look forward to having you join us on our next adventure.
We are a New York City based retreat planning company which launched in 2009. Being New Yorkers, living in a chaotic city, we understand the need to cleanse our bodies and refocus our minds on our health and inner workings. Linden Schaffer, Founder
Linden took her first trip abroad at the age of 16 when she went to Australia with her high school volleyball team. She has been filling the pages of her passport ever since. After 15 years in the fashion industry, working with designers of international acclaim, Ms. Schaffer, switched careers, focusing her personal interests and abilities in the field of wellness and travel. Having visited 6 continents, 21 major international cities and countless smaller ones around the world, she launched Pravassa to provide healthy travel options for busy people who need a break.
An avid yogi for the past 13 years, Linden discovered Pilates 4 years ago on a recommendation from a physical therapist. Since then she has been exploring exercise as a means to not only a healthy body, but a healthy mind. Pravassa's goal is to provide its customers relaxing travel destinations around the globe where they can participate in healthy activities as well as experience the local culture. Yoga, pilates, massage, nutrition counseling and more are what you'll experience on Pravassa's healthy vacations. Whether you're in the jungles of Nicaragua or the beaches of Thailand, Pravassa wants to make sure you're taking care of your body, mind and soul.
