Vicki Lorayne
Trained by Yamuna Zake and Bliss Yoga Center, Vicki has a keen sense of body awareness, appreciating the mind-body connection. Vicki's yoga training was drawn from Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara and Iyengar. She became certified in all Yamuna Body Rolling modalities (YBR), a methodology where you lie over specially created balls and starting where the muscles begin, roll and elongate outward. Vicki teaches Foot Fitness, Face Saver and YBR Hands-on therapy to help students free their bodies of pain due to misalignment. A full-time practitioner at the Yamuna flagship studio in NYC, you can find Vicki teaching private and group classes. She can also be seen on the latest Yamuna 'Save Your Series' DVD’s such as Save your Upper, Middle and Lower Back as well as the soon to be released Yamuna Yoga Fundamentals.
