Aruba Escape Nov 2011

There is nothing like practicing yoga overlooking the beach while being cooled by the breeze. Just ask yoga instructor Sarra Morton and her guests who escaped to Aruba for 4 days of sun, sand and savasana. Our daily athletic vinyasa classes were followed by afternoon workshops focused on hip openings and inversions. In between classes we lounged on the best stretch of beach in Aruba, Eagle Beach, found our way to some paddle boards and explored the natural caves on the island. Dinners were served outside under the stars (they were there even if it was too cloudy to see them) where we made new friends and enjoyed the total relaxation of the Caribbean.
See Sarra Morton's video on setting up triangle pose.
