Fall Market Tour & Cooking Class

We spent our Sunday afternoon with Chef Melissa Petitto as she guided Pravassa and our guests through an afternoon of shopping, eating, drinking and fun! With a menu put together exclusively for Pravassa from the New Amsterdam Market, our group spent the first hour shopping and sampling all the amazing good our local farmers had to offer. Once we had everything in hand, substitutions included, we headed back to the loft to cook. From duck confit to flourless chocolate cake, we learn to prep, cook and eat it all!
