Labor Day 2011

Mountain landscape, jungle terrain and beach side waves were all part of our Labor Day getaway to Puerto Rico with April Martucci. Daily meditation and silent mornings enabled everyone to decompress, reconnect with nature and spend time just being. The morning vinyasa yoga class left everyone sweating and running for the pool. Our afternoons were filled with a waterfall hike, ocean swim and tropical showers. Our evening workshops touched on the heart chakra, arm balances and a sticky sweet restorative class. A well deserved glass of wine, great conversation and a little dancing were the perfect way to end the evenings.
