Urban Retreat in NYC featuring TGM

As the temperatures dropped outside, we heated up the studios at Yoga Works Soho with a weekend full of the Tracey Gardner Method. The Urban Retreat, led by TGM creator Tracey Gardner, took us from essentials to master in just six classes. The welcome dinner at Sanctuary T could not have been better and parting gifts of tea were a welcome treat. The group kept up the NYC vibe the following evening with a champagne cocktail reception at Twinkle by Wenlan's design studio. We laughed and shopped the night away after an inspiring studio tour given by designer Wenlan Chia. To further spread the TGM love, Pravassa arrange for a introductory class at Lululemon Soho. All had a great time meeting Tracey and seeing what TGM was about. By the end we were all sore, but thankfully the sauna in the studio helped to ease our muscels and keeping everyone coming back for more.
